The Four County ADAMHs Board located in Archbold, Ohio seeks applicants for the Executive Director position. The ADAMHs Board is the local public agency responsible for planning, funding, evaluating, monitoring and coordinating a continuum of mental health and substance use disorder services and supports in a four-county area.  The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who provides innovative leadership, develops effective relationships with providers, seeks participation from consumers and family members, and actively develops strong partnerships within the communities served.  The candidate must have demonstrated budgetary, strategic planning, public policy, program planning and development, community relations, levy promotion, and analytical, communication and computer skills.

The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a preferred background in a mental health and/or addiction related field and at least five years in program management and administration.

The Executive Director reports to a 14-member Board of Directors, with responsibility for day-to-day operations of the Board and a budget of over $9 million which funds prevention, treatment and recovery services for the counties of Williams, Defiance, Henry and Fulton.  Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
