Four County ADAMhs Board Committees

Audit Committee–shall consist of a chair person and 3 members and shall be newly appointed each year. It shall be responsible for reviewing the yearly Board audit.  Also, any issues with contract agency audits. Meets a minimum of 1 time per year.

Executive Committee-shall consist of ADAMhs Board Chairperson and 3 additional members ensuring that each of the 4 counties are represented, and shall be newly appointed each year.

1. 1. The committee shall be responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the Board on potential policy changes.
   2. The committee shall act in an advisory capacity to the CEO making recommendations to help guide the organization toward its mission.
   3. Committee meetings shall be called by ADAMhs Board CEO on an as-needed basis.

Integrated Care Committee–shall consist of a Chairperson and 6 additional members. 3 of the members shall be OHMHAS appointments. The remaining 4 shall be made up of one member from each county.

1. 1. The committee shall meet a minimum of 1 time annually to review State Allocations and provider agency services.
   2. The committee shall adopt recommendations by a majority vote of its members and shall present recommendations to the Board for consideration at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board.

Nominating Committee–shall consist of a Chairperson and 3 members and shall be newly appointed. The Nominating Committee shall present a recommended slate of officers to the full Board at the May meeting. The Nominating Committee shall also be responsible for recruiting and recommending new Board members as directed by appointing authorities.

Personnel Committee–shall consist of The Board Vice-Chair and 3 additional members. The Personnel Committee shall be responsible for the annual evaluation of the CEO base on Ends and Executive Limitations Policies to be completed by the end of the fiscal year. The Personnel Committee shall be responsible for carrying out Policy 3.3, “Monitoring Executive Performance.”
