Tonie graduated from the The Ohio State University. That was where she first discovered her passion for mental and emotional wellness.  She went on to complete a Masters of Education degree in Guidance and Counseling at the University of Toledo. Tonie has served the mental health needs of the four-county area for the past 35 years.

Angie received an Associate’s Degree from Stautzenburger College in Business Administration in 1993. She has over 20 years of experience in finance and loves working with numbers. She worked for Defiance County as a Deputy Auditor for 10 years. That position gave her expertise in government and public finance. before coming to the Board.

Bethany received her Bachelor degree in Social Work and Psychology from Bluffton University. She began her work in mental health as a Case Manager and a Prevention Program Coordinator. Bethany came to the Board in 2019. She enjoys working with the Four County ADAMhs Board affiliated providers to help ensure residents have easy access to quality mental health, substance use and crisis services.

BJ has her Associates degree in Criminal Justice From Northwest State Community College. She went on to earn her Bachelors in Organizational Management at Cleveland State University. Her work in the mental health field began in 2013 doing prevention programs. BJ works in the community to raise awareness of mental health, substance use, suicide and the resources available to help residents of the four-county community.

Lisa has degree in Human Services and loves working with people and supporting the community. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to work with various organizations in the community. Through that work, Lisa gained valuable experience and built strong connections. She enjoys learning new things and meeting new people. Lisa also enjoys finding ways to make a positive impact through her work.
